THE SERVICES (AS DEFINED HEREIN) WERE NOT DEVELOPED FOR, AND ARE NOT OFFERED TO PERSONS OR ENTITIES WHO RESIDE IN, ARE CITIZENS OF, ARE LOCATED IN, ARE INCORPORATED IN, OR HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE OR PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES, OR ANY RESTRICTED JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY SUBJECT TO ANY SANCTIONS OR RESTRICTIONS PURSUANT TO ANY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING ALGERIA, BOLIVIA, BELARUS, THE CRIMEA REGION, CUBA, DONETSK, THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, IRAN, IRAQ, IVORY COAST, LIBERIA, LIBYA, LUHANSK, MALI, MYANMAR (BURMA), NEPAL, NORTH KOREA, SOMALIA, SUDAN, SYRIA, TUNISIA, VENEZUELA, YEMEN, ZIMBABWE, OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY TO WHICH THE UNITED STATES, THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE EUROPEAN UNION OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION EMBARGOES GOODS OR IMPOSES SIMILAR SANCTIONS, OR ANY JURISDICTIONS IN WHICH THE TRANSACTING OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES IS PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED IN ANY FORM OR MANNER (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS” AND EACH A “RESTRICTED JURISDICTION”) OR ANY PERSON OWNED, CONTROLLED, LOCATED IN OR ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF ANY RESTRICTED JURISDICTION OR AFFILIATED WITH ANY SUCH PERSON, ANY PERSON LISTED ON ANY SANCTIONS LIST MAINTAINED BY THE UNITED STATES, THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE EUROPEAN UNION OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION, OR A RESIDENT OF OR LOCATED IN ANY COUNTRY OR JURISDICTION THAT RESTRICTS ACCESS TO OR PROHIBITS USE OF DIGITAL ASSETS OR CRYPTO CURRENCIES (COLLECTIVELY, “RESTRICTED PERSONS”). THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU ARE A RESTRICTED PERSON, THEN DO NOT USE OR ATTEMPT TO USE THE SERVICES. USE OF ANY TECHNOLOGY OR MECHANISM, SUCH AS A VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK (“VPN”), TO CIRCUMVENT OR ATTEMPT TO CIRCUMVENT THE RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH HEREIN IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

1. No Affiliation

Sanji Indicators Inc. is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram, Solana, Base, Ethereum, or any other blockchain platform. The use of these networks within the Bot does not constitute any partnership or endorsement by these entities.

2. User Responsibility

All transactions, trades, and interactions within the Bot are initiated solely by the user. Sanji Indicators Inc. is not responsible for the decisions you make while using the Bot. You agree to use this Bot entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and the results of those actions when using this Bot.

3. Liability for Transactions

Sanji Indicators Inc. does not guarantee the security or success of any transaction made through this Bot. If a transaction does not execute correctly, gets delayed, or fails in any way, Sanji Indicators Inc. is not responsible or liable for any loss or damages resulting from such failures.

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading cryptocurrencies, tokens, or any other digital assets involves high risk, and there is the potential for significant financial loss. Sanji Indicators Inc. does not offer financial advice, and no information or signals provided by the Bot should be considered as such. You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for any trade decisions you make and for any financial losses that may result from those trades. Sanji Indicators Inc. cannot be held liable for any losses you incur.

5. Private Key and Security

Sanji Indicators Inc. does not request, store, or manage your private keys. You are responsible for the security of your private keys, wallets, and accounts. If you lose access to your private key, share it with someone, or are the victim of hacking, Sanji Indicators Inc. cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions.

Sanji Indicators Inc. does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, success rates, or accuracy of trading signals. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All outcomes are dependent on market conditions and user actions.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the Bot for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, or any malicious actions that could harm other users or the platform. Sanji Indicators Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot if such activities are detected.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
